Our eggs come from Johnsons of Terrington, a local producer with a personal connection to us. Danielle and the Johnsons have known each other since school days, and that trust continues through the quality of what they produce.

Their eggs are fresh, locally laid, and consistently excellent — a simple ingredient that makes a real difference in our breakfasts and baking. We’re proud to use eggs where we know both the provenance and the people behind them.
