Bakeri Baltzersen opened in March 2020, at the very start of lockdown, originally baking pastries and bread for home deliveries. Since then, they have grown to open bakeries in Harrogate and Wetherby and now supply over 100 wholesale partners across Yorkshire.

They bake a wide range of breads including long-fermented sourdough loaves, rye, ciabatta, and more traditional yeasted white and granary loaves and rolls. Alongside this, all of their pastries and viennoiserie are baked from scratch.

We chose Bakeri Baltzersen for their commitment to proper fermentation, traditional methods, and exceptional flavour. Their pastries bring real craft and care to our counter each day.
