Bakeri Baltzersen opened in March 2020 as the UK entered lockdown and began baking for home deliveries. Since then they have opened shops in Harrogate and Wetherby and supply over 100 wholesale partners throughout Yorkshire.

At Bakeri Baltzersen they bake a range of long fermented sourdough loaves, rye, ciabatta and more traditional yeasted white and granary style loaves/rolls. They also bake pastry and vienoisserie from scratch.
